Travel Prize Terms & Conditions
City Challenge – Grand Prize Trip Manchester
1. In these Terms and Conditions:
“Organizers” means C2i Holding Sole Proprietorship L.L.C- Branch, including its affiliates, agents, and contractors.
“Prize” means the travel package described in Clause 2.
“Winner” means the individual selected in accordance with the applicable competition rules.
2. Non-Travel Prizes (Weekly & Monthly Rewards)
2.1 Weekly winners will each receive one (1) Mini Puma Ball, awarded based on leaderboard performance during the applicable weekly period.
2.2 Monthly winners will each receive one (1) Puma Jersey, awarded based on leaderboard performance during the applicable monthly period.
2.3 The selection of winners shall be determined by the Organizers based on the highest recorded scores within the defined weekly and monthly periods.
2.4 All weekly and monthly prizes are subject to availability and may vary in design, size, or specifications at the discretion of the Organizers.
2.5 Weekly and monthly prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative reward.
2.6 Winners may be required to provide valid identification to claim their prize within a timeframe specified by the Organizers. Failure to claim the prize within such timeframe may result in forfeiture, and the Organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
2.7 All weekly and monthly winners will automatically be entered into the draw for the Grand Prize, subject to compliance with the applicable campaign rules and these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prize Description
3.1 The Prize consists of:
- one (1) return economy-class airfare from the United Arab Emirates to Manchester, United Kingdom;
- two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (single or double occupancy, as shall be determined by the Organizers);
- two (2) tickets to attend a Manchester City football match (ticket category subject to availability); and
- such ancillary activities as the Organizers may determine at their discretion.
3.2 The Prize is for a fixed duration of three (3) days and two (2) nights.
3.3 The Prize is provisionally scheduled to take place over a weekend in August 2026. The exact travel dates, flights, accommodation, match fixtures, and itinerary shall be determined solely by the Organizers and communicated to the Winner.
3.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
4. Eligibility & Winner Confirmation
4.1 The Winner must:
- be a resident of the United Arab Emirates; and
- hold a passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of travel.
4.2 The Organizers reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.
4.3 The Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within [5] days of notification, failing which the Organizers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
4.4 The Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Organizers. The winner must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates and provide valid identification upon request.
4.5 Employees, contractors, agents, officers, directors, and representatives of City Challenge, City Football Group (CFG), Manchester City Football Club, C2i Holding, Aldar Properties PJSC, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) shall not be eligible to win any weekly, monthly, or grand prizes. Where an ineligible participant achieves a qualifying leaderboard position, the prize shall be awarded to the next highest eligible participant, as determined by the Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
5. Visa & Travel Documentation
5.1 The Winner is solely responsible for obtaining all required visas and travel documentation.
5.2 The Organizers may provide reasonable assistance (including supporting documentation where appropriate), but do not guarantee visa approval.
5.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all visa-related costs and expenses shall be borne by the Winner.
5.4The Organizers shall not be responsible for any delays in visa processing or errors in documentation submitted by the winner.
5.5 The Winner is responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are accurate, complete, and provided within any applicable deadlines. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect submissions.
6. Inability to Travel
6.1 If the Winner is unable to travel for any reason, including but not limited to:
- visa refusal or delay;
- failure to obtain required documentation; or
- applicable travel restrictions,
the Prize shall be deemed forfeited without compensation.
6.2 In such circumstances, the Organizers reserve the right to withdraw or award the Prize to an alternative eligible participant.
6.3 No compensation, reimbursement, or alternative prize shall be provided where the Prize is forfeited due to visa refusal, travel restrictions, or failure to obtain required documentation.
7. Travel Conditions
7.1 All travel arrangements are fixed and may not be modified without the prior written approval of the Organizers.
7.2 The Prize excludes (without limitation):
- meals (unless expressly stated);
- local transportation;
- personal expenses;
- travel insurance; and
- any upgrades or changes requested by the Winner.
7.3 Any additional costs incurred by the Winner shall be borne solely by the Winner.
7.4 The Winner must comply with all applicable airline, hotel, venue, and destination policies.
7.5 Failure by the Winner to comply with the confirmed travel itinerary or arrangements may result in cancellation of the remaining components of the Prize, without liability to the Organizers.
8. Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.2 Subject to Clause 8.1, the Organizers shall not be liable for:
- any indirect or consequential loss;
- acts or omissions of third-party service providers (including airlines, hotels, and event organizers); or
- events beyond their reasonable control.
8.3 The Organizers’ total liability arising in connection with the Prize shall in all circumstances be limited to the value of the Prize.
9.Force Majeure
9.1 The Organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
10. Prize Amendments
10.1 The Organizers reserve the right to substitute any component of the Prize with an item or service of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
10.2 The Organizers will use reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where changes are required.
11. Publicity
11.1 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and publicity activities.
11.2 The Winner grants the Organizers the right to use their name, image, and likeness in any media worldwide for promotional purposes for a period of [12] months, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11.3 Any use of personal data shall be in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Winner Conduct
12.1 The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify the Winner, or withdraw the Prize, if the Winner engages in conduct that:
- is unlawful;
- is fraudulent or misleading; or
- may damage the reputation of the Organizers.
12.2 Scores obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorized assistance, or any form of cheating will be deemed invalid and subject to immediate disqualification.
13. General
13.1 The Organizers’ decisions in relation to the Prize shall be final and binding.
13.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
13.4 The Organizers may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated appropriately.
13.5 Acceptance of the Prize constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Photography, Filming & Content Usage
14.1 By participating in the experience, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other audiovisual content may be captured during the trip. Participants grant Manchester City Challenge, and their respective affiliates, the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display such content featuring their likeness, voice, and image for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, public relations, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes, in any media now known or developed in the future, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
